Alex was extremely helpful. He communicated very clearly and fixed my problem without having to change much of my code. Minimal changes keeps all my old code working well, but the glitch he fixed, he fixed quickly and then was very patient with me as I tested different browsers and situations to make sure everything was still running smoothly.

Terrible support. I've submitted multiple requests to the support team, as I keep getting an error from the app saying that "Install error There’s been an issue with your install. Our support team is having a look, and we’ll be in touch via email ASAP." No one gets back to me. There is no live chat. It's been so long since I have submitted the request and I can see on the admin panel that they haven't even logged in, to check out the issue!

I shopped around for a while before choosing the app we wanted to use for B2B. This app covers all areas that we needed and is easy to set up. The response time to my many questions has been very fast. Thank you Kay for all the help. Even being in Australia the response time was quick. I feel confident in sharing the B2B access with our wholesale customers now. I would recommend this app to anyone wanting to sell wholesale without needing expensive software or Shopify Plus.

This app has and is very useful for our store because it opens up functions that Shopify doesn't offer naturally. We have been using this app for over a year, and every time we run into issues or have questions, they have always helped us out. With chat integrated into their app, the response time is quick and professional. I recently got help from Kay about their product visibility feature, and I can't wait to get started and explore how we can best utilize this additional feature.

Kay was amazing . I’m not so tech savy. So she took care of everything , even sent videos of my own shop to help me to understand. Customer support deserves a special mention. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. It’s clear that the developers value their users and are committed to providing a top-notch experience. Overall, the Wholesale Hub app is an indispensable tool for anyone involved in the wholesale business. It simplifies purchasing, improves efficiency, and offers tremendous value.
