Update - Dec 2021 - We contacted the developers and asked if the "B2B Checkout Button" could be moved next to the normal checkout options as some of our customers were missing it, not only were they happy to do this, they did it at no cost and the work was completed within 48 hours. Great service guys. I have installed this app plus their lock and order form options to enable us to create a more effective multinational B2B site All 3 of the apps work fine out of the box and the small amount of "Development" that I wanted extra was completed quickly and at a very good price. I also used them to do some additional development of a app that is not developed by them and whilst that did take a little longer to get right, they always responded quickly and were able to do exactly what I wanted I would be happy to recommend both the apps and then developer options Update March 2022 - we again requested some changes to the look and view of parts of the App, this time the sign up form, and within 24 hours all completed exactly as requested

The app helps us setting discount levels for specific customers. Its not very easy because we have over 9000 products and we dont want to manage them one by one, but we were able to group products and put a % on group level. The only thing we didnt figure out yet is how to do product promotions when a whole sale customer has a discount % attatched to his profile. It seems the system doesnt know how to use 2 discounts on 1 product.

The service is shocking!!! I installed the app and quickly realised it wasn't for me. I've been trying for the past 2 days to get them to remove code left behind when I uninstalled the app. I get through to an agent. they message me and want me to try. I didn't have a backup. I have explained that we "DESPERATELY" need the code removing and still nothing. I've explained that it needs removing ASAP but as I say the service is terrible and nothing has happened apart from sending me a collaboration request.

Helpful customer service. Needed some time to integrate theme. If you have been trying different apps, be sure to delete any excess codes, it will save you a lot of time. Wholesale discounts, shipping, net30 is good, works well with us.

Doesn't track like Bold does. Also you get spammed with messages or the app asking for reviews each time you load it. Very annoying. Reported to the devs a few times and was even told I would be removed from the spam messages but I don't think that is possible. Not a bad app but I would go with Bold instead just due to more features. We will be migrating soon due to lack of extra shipping options too. Even though there are advanced shipping options it is very limited and can't even show a popup to say something like you will get an additional invoice for shipping or similar.

Just kicked off our store this week. Having to use 3 apps to get our rather simple needs to work. Yet, it seems to work well. Had a couple issues with set-up that app folks agreed they are aware of and are fixing. Not big deals and easy work-arounds. Customer service has been darn good. So 4 stars for now. And hopefully 5 soon.

I am delighted with this company. I had an issue when I installed another app on top of this and they were able to work it out. I suggest you get the enterprise subscription to cover it all. Great customer service. My customers love this app.

I did some research online about a wholesale app to integrate into my Shopify store. This one was highly rated for its tech support and customer service. I am not a programmer or coder so this was very important to me today. I had an online session with Rohan who helped me set up a dealer sign in for my B2C business.
