We began to use this app to offer Purchase Order Option to our clients. The customer service team is responsive and immediately apply some minor customization for us for the Purchase Order Form. The technical support team is also really friendly and patient. They address all our custom needs with patience. Majority of the customization were done without any fee. In overall, a successful app. With some minor touch up, the app will serve perfect. I definitely recommend Wholesale Pricing Discount.

I am still currently in the trial period for this app, but so far customer service has been great! I had an issue with product variants being changed once a customer adds them to their cart. This wasn't an issue with the app itself, but an issue with the coding on my theme. The customer service team was able to find and fix the issue quickly and I'm excited to continue using this app when my trial period is over. So far, adding discount groups for different customers has been very simple compared to other apps I've tried in the past. Great app! Keep it up team!

A well thought out, stable app and very responsive support. After the theme integration, which just took a couple of days with some additional custom coding that they implemented for us because we use a non-Shopify theme, we tested our site and it was perfectly ready for wholesale pricing for our franchise customers. Easy to set up customer groups and set terms. It's a feature rich app that we can also grow into to add more functionality for our customers down the road.

This developer's apps have been amazing and were mission-critical to the successful implementation of our wholesale site. Additionally, I would say they go above and beyond in terms of helping with bugs and implementation snags. We are so used to theme and app developers not providing any assistance, and we've even had some really bad experiences with Shopify-specific coding/design firms. Our experience with this team was the exact opposite; they were not only quick to reply but quick to take action and to resolve our implementation snag. Awesome team, 5 stars, would recommend to a friend. :)

FANTASTIC APP. It does what the others cannot. Look at how everyone else handles the customer tags/discount group association. This app is the most flexible, I have tried all the others. In addition, the Order Form app works seamlessly and has SEARCH! Search is needed on a large order form. Thanks, Team!

Wholesale Pricing Discount app corrected what another previously used app could not consistently provide. Problem definition once completed the guys were very cooperative and persistent to ensure me the customer was happy. Good way to do business. I highly recommend this service for those who need a discount format their app can handle--it's working for me!
