This app does what I want. I've found the customer service team to be responsive and helpful when I've needed help.

Not only does this app help us with a variety of different pricing discounts - from wholesale to family discounts. The true gem is really their customer service. They are very quick to respond and give you the information you need.

This app does exactly what it says it does as we start out on our journey through wholesale. Their customer service and turnaround on custom requests is outstanding!

Installed the app, was pretty simple to get it up and running, Had a special requirement because of our theme and they got it set up and running within a day or two. There support is pretty clutch and provide great video walkthroughs on items that you need help with.

I have been using the application for about a month and, thanks also to the great support of the assistance, I have a perfect tool to work on.

I used this App as the basis for a wholesale site, it is perfect for all customer accounts, discounts etc.. The support is fantastic! I needed tweaks to get it all set up and the support team made it all work perfectly! Highly Recommend!

We found this app after having difficulty with performance with some of the other apps we tested. Our catalog is extremely large (over 20,000 unique skus with individual variant pricing). We like that this app allows for complex pricing schedules, per-customer pricing, and importable csv price lists. It handles just about every aspect of a wholesale program. Support has been outstanding, any time we've ran into issues with theme code or import/export they have been all over it for us. The only downfall worth noting is that larger carts can be slow to load checkout – but as I understand it this is a Shopify limitation caused by the draft order API, which must be used to calculate discounts when using the complex setup we have. If you sell b2b, I highly recommend you check this app out!!

Excellent app, does everything I need in terms of group discounts and quantity discounts by products. Support is quick to respond and very professional. Today chatted with Mehak and she even provided a video explanation because I wasn't clear on how to setup something . UPDATE2025: Been using app for several years now and customer support is great everytime and if you want BtoB capabilities this is the app you want installed.

Great app & excellent team with great flexibility and we are happy to launch our wholesale portal without having to upgrade our Shopify account.

Love this app! Helped us gain and manage so much B2B business in a streamlined manner. I would only suggest to include multilanguage support in the future. Otherwise, the team has been beyond wonderful in doing integrations and migration to a new theme. The app loads fast and accomplishes what it says it does.

throughout the last 6+ months, wholesale pricing discount has provided us with some of the best app support we could have asked for in a Shopify app. There has never been any request that has seemed like too much for their support team. They are reliable for US-based companies as their hours seem to be PST, but they would also be beneficial anywhere because of how great and supportive their development team is. Anyone looking for the best wholesale app to download on shopify should highly recommend this one here.
