I am just finishing up my trials of the full suite from these guys. They have been very good to deal with. Done some theme customizations for me that have made things run smoothly. Quite pleased with the transition thus far and as I said happy with the customer service and ability to work directly with my requests.

We first tried to make a b2b webshop with another platform but found out that that wasn't ok for us. So we went to shopify and found the apps of Wholesale Helper. Essentially besides being used as a wholesale tool, it is a great tool to group customers at different discount levels basically acting as a loyalty feature... PERFECT! The app performs as intended, it allows us to display discounted pricing for a specific group of customers when they are logged in. Very friendly assistance when we've required custom changes or updates.

The app works really well for our needs to apply B2B pricing for certain customers. Their support team has been fantastic as well, implementing some customizations for us very quickly. Would recommend this app for wholesale or trade pricing.

The support is terrible. If it works for you on the first go around, then great but if you need any help beyond that expect to wait days on end with very little to no communication. Seems like a good app, but the support is absolutely TERRIBLE! If you like to have good customer support - stay far away from this one.
