Doesn't track like Bold does. Also you get spammed with messages or the app asking for reviews each time you load it. Very annoying. Reported to the devs a few times and was even told I would be removed from the spam messages but I don't think that is possible. Not a bad app but I would go with Bold instead just due to more features. We will be migrating soon due to lack of extra shipping options too. Even though there are advanced shipping options it is very limited and can't even show a popup to say something like you will get an additional invoice for shipping or similar.

Just kicked off our store this week. Having to use 3 apps to get our rather simple needs to work. Yet, it seems to work well. Had a couple issues with set-up that app folks agreed they are aware of and are fixing. Not big deals and easy work-arounds. Customer service has been darn good. So 4 stars for now. And hopefully 5 soon.

I am delighted with this company. I had an issue when I installed another app on top of this and they were able to work it out. I suggest you get the enterprise subscription to cover it all. Great customer service. My customers love this app.

I did some research online about a wholesale app to integrate into my Shopify store. This one was highly rated for its tech support and customer service. I am not a programmer or coder so this was very important to me today. I had an online session with Rohan who helped me set up a dealer sign in for my B2C business. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Rohan was a great help and I highly recommend demoing this app to see for yourself. Jay

Great support. A less than 24-hour turnaround for the customization required with our theme. Recommended. Had another small issue a few weeks later and they were responsive again! Consistently Great Service!!

We recently migrated to the Wholesale Pricing Discount App from the very robust (though pricey!) wholesale platform we'd been loyal to for years in an effort to cut some costs this year. So far I've been really impressed with the features and capability. The support for this app is outstanding, fast and friendly. They helped me make modifications to my theme very quickly. Would definitely recommend!

There is little support for this app. Have tried to schedule demos and even meetings but nobody turns up on the other end. Their support only works 3 days a week.

After reviewing a ton of wholesale apps I found the Wholesale Pricing Discount app to fit our business the best. We have almost 2,000 SKU's and trying to manage pricing one item at a time would be time-consuming. Their upload feature made it quick and painless. We scheduled a call to do a screen share and learned the ins and outs of the apps and asked a ton of questions to really configure the app to suit our business goals. They have been responsive and very helpful every step of the way. Sign up and do a screen share to really make the most of the app. This could be a game changeer for our business.
