This app is fantastic! I've struggled with searching for an app for wholesale and trade features and Wholesale Pricing Discount really does everything that your business needs from a B2B standpoint. The team has been super responsive with our enquiries and is extremely helpful! Kudos!

This app has huge issues with multiple currencies. We are running it on several stores, it works fine if you have a store with one currency (as we have found). With multiple currencies, the checkout will show customers hugely discounted prices (in some cases at a zero cost) unless they manually change to check out in the store default currency. We're still trying to make it work (via messaging to customers on switching currencies) as the concept is good, but troubleshooting it and correcting orders has been a hassle.

We are building out a B2B store on Shopify. We needed net payment terms functionality to support the checkout requirements for our customers. We decided to try WPD, and so far we have been thoroughly impressed. Their implementation team has been great to work with, and we've received excellent customer service from their team.

We've found great success using the wholesale pricing app and are able to offer different shipping rates for different customers based on their tags. We did have one issue with Net Terms but support was responsive and found a custom solution at no charge. We have been very happy so far.

The Wholesale Pricing app is awesome for being able to set up specific customers and/or products with different pricing options. I love the volume discount option, it really influences customers to "fill up" their shopping cart. The Wholesale Helper team are amazing to work with. They are very attentive to requests and helped me out tremendously. Great app and fantastic service. Thanks Wholesale Helpers!

Great app and customer service - very responsive. We use this app to offer wholesale discounts to specific retailers while running an automatic discount on our site for our online customers. Great app!

The app outcomes most app I've tried, service is another level, they have online chat that you could speak with their service team right away, shout out to Mehak, she's been very fast on responding my questions and she is a pro for sure, everything solved within hours. Recommended!

I really love this app, my wholesale clients can shop with their own accounts and see their special prices, also I like that when I create a draft orden I can easily apply the wholesale discount and make them fast

You will lose money!!!!! This is a terrible integration. Support for the app said they needed 48 hours to integrate which sounded great. Once they said they were complete we started a trial and lost money on every sale as they prices on all variations changed to cents instead of dollars. We quickly changed it once we caught it. Contacted the support to let them know of the issue. We are now going on 6 weeks. They wanted to bill us more hours to fix it. We agreed yet still no results. Bottom line is it is a waste of time, and loss of money.

This app is exactly what I'd been looking for. It has allowed my stockists to place orders directly from my website so I no longer have to generate manual invoices. It has saved me a lot of time so I can focus on other areas, Awesome Job Team!!

This app has led to the absolute worst nightmare to our store! We onboarded with the app at first, and it turned out to not offer the feature that we where looking for, which was to offer collection based tiered discounts. Everything ok so far, this can happen. We then requested them to remove the left over code that the app had left in the theme files, they told us it would take a couple of days. We then decided to onboard with a different app, which did offer tiered collection based discounts. We successfully integrated with the new app, and then proceeded with multiple hours of theme edits/ integrations, etc.... We finished writing all the code yesterday evening, and celebrated the finalisation of this trade store project with the theme. This morning we sent out all the invitations for the customer accounts to the trade partners. In total, we spent over 30 hours of code edits. Now, this is when the nightmare started: About 3hours ago: a trade customer told us that they could not see their discounts. We then checked the website immediately, and absolutely everything had been removed from the website! All of our design edits, all of our new template files, all of our sections, all of the new app integration code etc etc etc... I checked the logs, and Wholesale helper had made over 10 edits to the live without making any back up, no theme duplicate, and without any warnings! They ended up resetting the whole theme to it's original state rather then "removing the code from their app". This is was their answer on the issue: "I just verified this from the team. It seems the published template that had our App integrated to it has been removed and last back-up version (that didn't had our App code) has been left behind as a replacement. It should not have been executed in such a manner-- this isn't a norm nor a practice here and we're going to take serious accountability measures to make sure the message seeps in to the members of the Product Team that did this. Unfortunately. We tried to recover the data but couldn't - and technically I don't think there's anything that can be done. We're sincerely sorry for the loss of time and effort on your side due to this and are here to cooperate and make-up for the losses you suffered in any way possible."

Not so hot. Used it for years albeit being buggy and leaves people stuck in checkout area without being able to complete purchase. Many requests to help have ended up with “we can’t duplicate the problem”. Well I can, time after time after time. We will be switching to Faire as this app is buggy and annoys customers who just want to check out like they do on any other site. Also, you can’t update your site without them reinstalling code, at an additional cost. Just bad app and worse service. Blaming the end user (my customers) is never an answer.

Waited over 2 weeks for integration that never happened. If this is standard support, what happens when we have a serious issue? Not recommended. UPDATE : Support was responding to an email I was not communicating with. App not compatible with theme unfortunately. Customer service did their best.
