This app has been a game changer. My customers don't open our emails. But SMS is a completely different beast. Whenever I send a campaign out, I see an instant spike in traffic and sales. I was skeptical of the app's 35X ROAS claim. But we are well above that just by using their templates and defaults.

I actually really like this app and it has helped us with abandoned sales and as a great check-in with customers after they purchased....BUT you do need to check your responses and text people back. So it's great for customer interaction, but in turn, you also need/want to manually text/re-engage your customers. So it's a new task added to the daily customer service. I am not really sure how it stacks up to other text marketing options but I do know this one is very easy and straightforward. And mainly, I felt compelled to write this review because I was blown away when the developer sent a customized video on my account/sales performance and which settings I should change to make it better. That is something you don't see often. I followed his recommendations exactly and it's working. I added the app to all 3 of my stores (Canada, US, Europe), so I guess I am a mega user. Drawbacks: It would be nice for a little more customization. Right now on the abandoned sales capture, it shows a really distorted version of our logo which I really hate so I'm still working on fixing that. But the text function is a great funnel that works quite well. I would probably rate a 4/5 but with the customized service, It deserves a 5. And who knows, maybe the developer will even read this and help me fix my distorted logo!

I love this app, it has really helped my business to grow. I love how it wins the customers back! I was afraid to use the app at first, but I'm glad I did. The customer support is amazing!
Thanks for your review! I took a look at your messages and have a couple suggestions/comments: 1) First, great job replying to your responses. Most merchants just ignore the SMS responses. But I see you're going the extra mile by replying and giving advice to your customers on how to use the products. If you're not already, you can just email-reply to the email notification about the response, and that will get sent off as a text to the customer 2) You're already getting a great ROI, but if you wanted to save some money, you don't need to have product images in all 3 of your abandoned cart messages. The reason for this is that your shopper gets texted from the same number each time. And so they'll see the abandoned product image on the 1st message, and then the subsequent messages can just be text since they'll be in the same thread as the 1st message on their phone. Each product image counts as 2 message credits, so you can save yourself 4 credits if you disable the product image on the 2nd and 3rd abandoned cart message. 3) I took the liberty of cutting down your 1st abandoned cart message, so that it fits within 160 characters. This will save you a message credit :) Hi {FIRST_NAME}, it's Ebony's Beauty Hair&Skin. Still want {PRODUCT}? Get it here {CHECKOUT_LINK} Reply STOP to unsubscribe 4) Finally you're including a discount code in your abandoned cart messages, which is great. It gets automatically populated at checkout for your shoppers that click on the link. However you're not mentioning it in your message. Your shoppers are more likely to click the link if they know a coupon is waiting for them at that link :)

Thanks so much for your review. I hope you don't mind me sharing that the app made $60K for you in the 2 months that you've had it! I wish we can make a case study of how you're using the app because you're obviously killing it with SMS! Regardless I do have a couple suggestions for you to optimize it even further... In addition to what I told you about the product images in your abandoned cart messages, let me also suggest turning on abandoned browsers. Right now you're just messaging people who abandoned a checkout. But the majority of your visitors won't even add to their carts. You can reach these visitors with a mobile popup. It can get triggered after 60 seconds of looking at a product. With 2 quick taps, the shopper can get a discount code texted to them to buy the product they’re browsing. The message is fully customized, so the shopper thinks this you're giving him a discount for this exact product he was considering. And if they don't buy, the abandoned cart message sequence kicks in to remind him of the precise product he was looking at! It's super-effective in getting visitors at the top of the funnel. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if you start getting more sales from abandoned browsers than from abandoned checkouts.

This app really worked!!! People are more responsive to text over email for sure. I highly recommend adding this App on top of your current email workflow.

Turning off the product image for your 2nd message will save you some money :) 2) To save additional money, see if you can keep your 2nd message below 160 chars. For example, if you replaced "Please use code "15OFF" for 15% Off today if you're still interested." with more concise text like "15% off at this link", you'll be under 160 chars 3) I recommend turning on a 2nd winback message. The subsequent winback messages (ex 30 days later) can be used for selling since you're already using the 1st message 1 day after delivery for a followup.

ignore all negative reviews, this app is brilliant and Joe is doing his job at its best! Recommending to try it for free first and I can guarantee it will work well!

We only have 1 negative review (from the person below you) who hacked our system to use the app for free for 5 months and is now upset because they're being asked to pay $14/month lol In regards to our conversations, hope your broadcasts with textmagic go well. It's good you were able to find a cheaper alternative for SMS blasts to the UK. We charge $0.08/message for the UK which should get you a very positive ROI if you just used our app for abandoned cart and winback messages. But broadcasts to your entire subscriber list can be tricky when you have tens of thousands of subscribers. Let me know if you have any trouble exporting your subscribers

I have used this company's other app for Facebook Messenger and really liked the increase in sales from that. I have only had the Winback app for a few days and already have seen a huge jump in income. Not to mention, Joe is great! He is always there to help and will jump on a Zoom call to go over everything you might need. I'm looking forward to what we do after 30 days.

I was paying $50 a month plus commission on another app before. I am glad to find this one because its much cheaper and does so much more. And you are in control. Already made an extra $600 from using it in few days. Going to add to my 2nd webstore too. Highly recommend it.

This is a great app, it is super easy to use and I had an instant increase in sales as a result!! I would highly recommend.
So glad to see you getting hundreds of sales through the app! And you're accomplishing this without even using the Abandoned Browser feature. Feel free to try it. A mobile popup gets triggered after 10 seconds of looking at a product. With 2 taps, the shopper can get a discount code texted to them to buy the product they’re browsing. And if they don't buy, your abandoned cart sequence kicks in. You should get another instant boost by turning this on :)

At first, I used this app just to target customers who abandoned their checkout, and it worked perfectly. After that Joe contacted me and informed me about the campaign option. I launched two campaigns until now and the results are mind-blowing. I definitely recommend Winback as it helped us a lot in recovering abandoned checkouts and maintaining a great customer relationship with our customers.
Thanks for your review. Happy to see the app is crushing it for you! I crunched some numbers, and looks like it's responsible for 8.5% of your overall sales. That's great! And I think we can get you up to a full 10% lift in sales if you turn on the winback feature as well. This will send a sequence of messages to customers who purchased. And just like abandoned carts, it will stop if the customer comes back to buy again. You can set it to trigger on order date or fulfillment date. Let me know if you want me to turn it on for you?

This is the second app I have used from Joe and it doesn't disappoint. The headaches of abandoned carts are in the past!! Super customizable, sends photos of items left behind and everything. This app has been a life saver and I'm so glad I decided to install it. Get to installing y'all!

I love this app! Have made quite a few sales from it already and love that you can receive responses from customers and respond to them. Amazing customer service also!
Thank you for your kind review! You have some interesting segments that you can send campaigns to (ex customers who spent between $100 and $500 with you). I put 100 message credits in your account to help you get started with campaigns if you'd like. Or you can just use them towards the automated abandoned cart and winback messages which are both converting very well for you currently! :)

Thanks so much Gasper. I just checked your account and saw that you're not sending a 2nd or 3rd winback message. These are very effective in driving repeat purchases, and they will only be sent if the customer doesn't come back to buy in 90 days (or however long you set it for) I gave you 100 extra message credits so you can try this out :) I'm positive your ROI will be much higher than 20X if you do!

Been using this app for a few days and my results have been GREAT! App installed and was up and running within a couple minutes. Joe is always super helpful. Customers actually see texts as opposed to emails getting lost in their spam folder.
