Wrapped is the best Gift Messaging app we've found – and we've tried a lot! We've tested numerous options, but none matched the functionality and user experience of Wrapped at a fair price. While we've only explored the Gift Wrapped side of the app briefly, we’re confident it will become a valuable tool for us in the near future – especially in terms of revenue generation. The app is already proving its worth. We’d like to extend a special thank you to the Wrapped team for going above and beyond. They took the time to create a custom workaround when a conflict arose with another bulk-buying app we were using. Their developer was determined to ensure Wrapped integrated seamlessly with our store, and they succeeded. And the best part? We received our first gift message order just hours after installation!

Very Bad app, and every time they change the price and I have subscribe for one year and every tome the options not showing correctly and asking for more payment
Hi Savanna Adam from Wrapped here Send me a message in the app and I'll take a look for you. We haven't asked you to leave your annual plan or make any payments outside of your current subscription from 2023 (over 2 years). Everything appears to be in good standing as well. I've also gone ahead and verified the app is working as expected, and has been for a number of years. Not sure why this review was left - but more than happy to help when given the chance. Cheers!

Ok. I searched FOREVER and tried so many different gifting apps. This is the one! A few highlights: - you know all the exceptions you have? They handle it all. Exclude this, tie this to that. Don't show it here, show it here. They have thought of it all. - the interface is simple, lots of toggles. You want it to do this? Yes/No. What about this? yes/no. - This guy Adam is the bomb. He responds during U.S. work hours and is great. Overall, sophisticated yet simple. Why can't they all be like this? SOOOOO Good.

The support from the team on Wrapped is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help make their app flow seamlessly with other integrated services and apps. I thought it wouldn't work for me, but their team reached back out and helped me get it up and running with success and efficiency. Great app! Incredible service. Bravo!

Wrapped is a great app for gift stores like our's! Adam offers great customer support, too!

the app is just amazing for a gifting store but i am facing some challenges with the app as some time it dose not appear in the cart page

I can't say enough good things about the Wrapped app and the incredible support I received. They helped me every step of the way—on a Sunday, no less—Big Game Sunday at that! Their kindness, patience, and generosity with their time truly stood out. They were not only informative but went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident using the app. If you're considering Wrapped, don’t hesitate. The apps functions as it should and interacts with our customers and admin without any issues. We did initally run into an integration issue when we started using the app last year just before the holidays Adam's support on this app was crucial. He understood the urgency to get the problem solved and responded and fix the problem infinity faster than it took the time for me to write the review. His service was so effective that I couldn't not come back and leave the review.

Finally! An App that does not put gift message/wrapping/notes data in the cart notes! This means you can actually have gift messages or order notes per PRODUCT, not per cart. We've been searching for this solution for ages so its been a massive win. The support is amazing and super responsive. They even helped us with advice on an issue not directly related to the app, which was above and beyond what we expected.

Great app. customer service is also great and fast. I really liked that the gift wrapping appears on the order with a code that specifies which item needs to be wrapped. That way theres no confusion on what item you need to wrap if there are multiple items. Real easy to install and customize.

Very easy app to install, with well thought through features. It works really well for us and enables us to offer gift options exactly as we would like to. The thing that really makes it for us though is the support - super responsive, helpful and friendly. We spotted an issue (with how Shopify was processing some of the app requests rather than a problem with the app itself) and even though it was not specifically a fault with the app and it was late on a Friday night Adam responded really quickly and had a workaround fix released during that night - all with regular updates. Really impressive service, would definitely recommend - we're a relatively new store too but the app more than pays for itself already.
Thank you so much for leaving this thoughtful and detailed review of Wrapped. I cannot express how much it means to me to see this. We will always do our best even when it means a late night or ensuring the gift wrap / gift message / gift options are integrated perfectly. In this case it was Shop Pay having a bit of a hiccup, and we were able to solve and release a work around within a few hours. I also really appreciate you taking the time to write to me initially about what you had noticed, always great discover and improve the app for all stores as well.
