I am a tech dinosaur and was able to easily install the Wrapped App on a Shopify 2.0 Theme. It was a chinch! Also, Wrapped tech support (ADAM!!!) is phenomenal. I needed help to personalize the app to best suit my product and also the design of the website. Adam stepped in and within minutes had the app look and feel just the way I had wanted. AMAZING. Adam is stellar - he is super proficient and provides top-notch service. He's also gracious and friendly and put me totally at ease. I love the Wrapped app and am really excited to work with the Wrapped team going forward. I'm really impressed. And I'm using the Free Version to get started since just starting a new website. I felt like I got the type of service reserved for their advanced pro clients. I felt as if I was their most appreciated top client. THANK YOU!!!

we were using a different app for gift wraps and had SO many glitches. Google searched and found Wrapped. i am so beyond happy with the switch! In just 3 days, our customers have even emailed us noticing the change. Adam has been a pleasure to work with- he customized the app for our site and helped us install it! 100% recommend it :)
We are so happy Wrapped is working for your Shopify business. Customizing the gift options was great as we were able to learn more about how to improve the app itself, adding better support for draft and unpublished themes. I'm actually using Wrapped to do something a bit different and had to contact the dev with some questions about how I could tweak it and what I might be able to get it to do. Adam was very responsive, thoughtful and helpful; Wrapped ended up working great as a solution to my needs. To me, that's critical: a dev that cares about their product and the end-user and wants to help. I have absolutely no qualms offering my highest recommending to this app and developer.

Absolutely perfect! I wanted a gift app that didn't interfere with my store's design and just allowed for a simple "gift" checkbox with a box for a message, and I was able to achieve just that. Adam was very responsive and helpful, and even helped me customize the cart message a bit more by adding a link to an additional listing. One of the best app experiences I've ever had!

These guys are the best! Weather you use the app for gift wrapping or change it up to upsell from the cart. Gift wrap is well worth the $$. On top of that we had a glitch show up in our shop and Adam had me fixed up within hours. Seriously… stop looking. This is the right choice…

I'm using this app to add an option to let customers choose minimal packaging or cooler bag, and this app works perfectly well. MUST-HAVE app!! And the team is very supportive and instantly replying! THANK YOU!!

I used this app to add gift wrapping option. Support was epic, Adam made some amazing customisations to make it fit our theme and brand perfectly!

Phenomenal customer service! We installed this app to add gift wrap options at checkout, and even though we're only on the free version for now, Adam took the time to customize some styling for us and now it looks perfect. And functionally, it does just what we want.

A frictionless app that does exactly what it needs to do. Adam is a rockstar. He values customer input and puts things in action in mere days. Side note: Since installing 'Wrapped' we've enjoyed a 5% increase in sales. Couldn't recommend it more.

The app is fantastic - easy to use and very flexible. But what stands out from the dozens of other Shopify apps I've used is the outstanding support. I reached out to them for a simple request and they went above and beyond, even digging into my theme code to help me fix an issue that was entirely unrelated to the app! Their developer was WAY more helpful than even our theme developer and the Shopify front end developers we were troubleshooting with. I can't express enough gratitude and praise for this app and the people behind it!
