Wrapped has been such an asset for our growing small business. Being able to offer an all in one gift wrapped gift sent straight to our customers' friends and family is a no brainer for us. The customer support from Adam and his team has been seccond to none. I cant reccomend the Wrapped app more highly! Thanks again Adam!
You've got this so spot on! Wrapped gift options helps your store stand out among your own competitors by adding an extra touch / extra personalization / gifting abilities. With your carefully branded wrapping, your customers friends and family will also learn about your own brand and Shopify store. Adam was absolutely brilliant. The app didn't work 'out-of-the-box' for us mainly because our existing 3PL integration/partner was very restrictive, so we needed a few bespoke tweaks to make it work how we wanted it to. Adam was super accommodating of our needs - nothing was too much of a hassle for him. The end result was a robust gift-wrapping function that has been serving us well, without any issues, for the past 5+ months. We're very happy and couldn't recommend this app or Adam any higher. A++

if I could give 10 stars I would! Not only is the app exactly what I need, and the customer support is also lightning-quick and very very helpful! I had a zillion and one questions and some Theme issues when I updated my main theme and they fixed the issues quicker than I can type! Thank you so very much... Great app!

Just started using this app but it seems perfect, and Adam at customer support gave me BY FAR the best support experience I've ever had. Can't recommend it enough at this stage.

Great plug-in for gift wrapping feature of your store. Easy to setup and use, and when it's not working their customer support responded my message and fixed the issue in minutes! Amazing!

The app provides a lot of granular options and is very easy to use & configure. We needed some customizations of the widgets for our unique custom-made theme, and Adam was able to assist with that very promptly. Great app, great service!

This really helps when adding gift wrap / gift options to your Shopify store as it can also match the theme perfectly. Props on a very slick app. I spent probably 6-7 hours trying different apps in an attempt to add what I thought was a simple option to my website. Your app was the only one that worked. In addition, it was super easy to get a few tweaks made so that it worked better with my theme and matched everything perfectly. Thank you! :)

The new customer filter / wholesale account feature is great for businesses who serve customers and wholesalers. With this feature you can decide to turn off gift options for a specific customer account or groups of customers (wholesalers). This app fit my needs perfectly. I own a family retail store where we offer gift wrap on specific items only. I had a few questions setting up my app to work with my online store, and was put in touch with Adam who was incredibly helpful. Adam listened to my questions and offered solutions. He even went a step further to look at my store and offer suggestions for making my gift wrap options stand out a bit more. His formatting suggestions made sense because I had no idea what I wanted and when I implemented his ideas, our site looked sleek and professional. This level of service was above and beyond. I really pleased with how this app has helped me offer my customers their choice of gift packaging. I love that the Wrapped app is simple to use, but offers a range of choices, such as different wrapping paper, and options for placement of the widget. Plus, it is not obtrusive to my theme or website style. I had tried other gift wrap apps before and didn't like how they looked on my site. Great support, too, when I had a question.
One of the most powerful features of Wrapped gift wrapping widgets is that they can be customized to match your Shopify theme perfectly. Your store is a great example of this :) Shoppers notice when an app does not match the theme and store brand, and it lowers their trust. A simple widget that looks like it was always part of the theme can go a very long way. This is what high quality brands strive for.
