Customer Support could not have been better! Adam was right there on messenger custom coding things for us behind the scenes when we needed a few little tweaks. Could not recommend this app more - Adam thank you for all your help!

Props on a very slick app. I spent probably 6-7 hours trying different apps in an attempt to add what I thought was a simple option to my website. Your app was the only one that worked. In addition, it was super easy to get a few tweaks made so that it worked better with my theme and matched everything perfectly. Thank you! :)

This app works great! (And it was quick to just add tags to all our wholesalers.) I really appreciate all your time and help with this. You've helped us get this gift wrap option (which we've been wanting for a long time) functioning wonderfully for our customers!

The new customer filter / wholesale account feature is great for businesses who serve customers and wholesalers. With this feature you can decide to turn off gift options for a specific customer account or groups of customers (wholesalers). This app fit my needs perfectly. I own a family retail store where we offer gift wrap on specific items only. I had a few questions setting up my app to work with my online store, and was put in touch with Adam who was incredibly helpful. Adam listened to my questions and offered solutions. He even went a step further to look at my store and offer suggestions for making my gift wrap options stand out a bit more. His formatting suggestions made sense because I had no idea what I wanted and when I implemented his ideas, our site looked sleek and professional. This level of service was above and beyond. Plus, he was super funny and who doesn't want that in a tech support person? A delightful exchange overall. Super appreciative. Thank you, Adam!

I really pleased with how this app has helped me offer my customers their choice of gift packaging. I love that the Wrapped app is simple to use, but offers a range of choices, such as different wrapping paper, and options for placement of the widget. Plus, it is not obtrusive to my theme or website style. I had tried other gift wrap apps before and didn't like how they looked on my site. Great support, too, when I had a question.
One of the most powerful features of Wrapped gift wrapping widgets is that they can be customized to match your Shopify theme perfectly. Your store is a great example of this :) Shoppers notice when an app does not match the theme and store brand, and it lowers their trust. A simple widget that looks like it was always part of the theme can go a very long way. This is what high quality brands strive for. We are very happy to have you using Wrapped gift wrap and options on your Shopify store, and thank you for the kind review!

I was looking for an app that could give my customers an option for how they'd like their orders packaged, not related to give wrapping. This app allowed the customization I needed to make it work. I needed a little help getting my modifications made, and Adam from Wrapped was incredibly helpful. He was quick to respond, made changes on his end that needed to be done, and helped me make changes on my end to suit my store's needs. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. I definitely recommend this app.

I have been searching for the right app to sell gift boxes for a long time. Most apps I found were relatively complicated and offered few options for customization. This app had everything I was looking for: a simple way to sell gift boxes w/o messing up the product page and an adequate pricing model. Support is also very responsive and extremely helpful. We use this app to capture a gift note from our customer's buying our IVF Support products as a gift, and then write out a handwritten note for our customer. This is the only app we could find that would create a product and capture the note details for us cleanly. Our customers love it and so do we!

I am a tech dinosaur and was able to easily install the Wrapped App on a Shopify 2.0 Theme. It was a chinch! Also, Wrapped tech support (ADAM!!!) is phenomenal. I needed help to personalize the app to best suit my product and also the design of the website. Adam stepped in and within minutes had the app look and feel just the way I had wanted. AMAZING. Adam is stellar - he is super proficient and provides top-notch service. He's also gracious and friendly and put me totally at ease. I love the Wrapped app and am really excited to work with the Wrapped team going forward. I'm really impressed. And I'm using the Free Version to get started since just starting a new website. I felt like I got the type of service reserved for their advanced pro clients. I felt as if I was their most appreciated top client. THANK YOU!!!

we were using a different app for gift wraps and had SO many glitches. Google searched and found Wrapped. i am so beyond happy with the switch! In just 3 days, our customers have even emailed us noticing the change. Adam has been a pleasure to work with- he customized the app for our site and helped us install it! 100% recommend it :)

I'm actually using Wrapped to do something a bit different and had to contact the dev with some questions about how I could tweak it and what I might be able to get it to do. Adam was very responsive, thoughtful and helpful; Wrapped ended up working great as a solution to my needs. To me, that's critical: a dev that cares about their product and the end-user and wants to help. I have absolutely no qualms offering my highest recommending to this app and developer.

Absolutely perfect! I wanted a gift app that didn't interfere with my store's design and just allowed for a simple "gift" checkbox with a box for a message, and I was able to achieve just that. Adam was very responsive and helpful, and even helped me customize the cart message a bit more by adding a link to an additional listing. One of the best app experiences I've ever had!

These guys are the best! Weather you use the app for gift wrapping or change it up to upsell from the cart. Gift wrap is well worth the $$. On top of that we had a glitch show up in our shop and Adam had me fixed up within hours. Seriously… stop looking. This is the right choice…
