This app is super easy to install and customize. When I had a question for support, Adam was detail-oriented and quickly responded offering a solution. I was able to install it in 10 min and made over 100 US dollars from gift wrapping in one weekend. This app is super helpful, my team saved time and money with this solution.

Implementing Wrapped onto our website has greatly enhanced our customer service experience at check out, and has allowed us to easily customize the settings to our needs as a business. Great app, easy to use. What is even better is the excellent support from the developer. Actually went above and beyond to help resolve an issue which as it turned out *was NOT caused by this app* but another - should have known as Wrapped has always worked smoothly. Definitely recommend this app.

This app is great and Adam has been very helpful whenever I had any issues or requirements to change certain looks. I highly recommend this app!

Where to begin? I have been searching for the perfect app to add to my shop that supports custom gift messaging. This is a feature that our customers have been requesting for a very long time. I have tried a couple of other apps, but they didn't quite have the functionality, great UX design I was looking for, or ease of use for my customers (most importantly). When I installed the app, I had to reach out to support really quickly to help resolve an issue involving implementation with my Rebuy flyout shopping cart. As I love Rebuy, finding another app to replace it is not something I am willing to compromise on. Adam was absolutely accomodating and went out of his way to make sure that my installation of Wrapped worked seamlessly with my expected customer journey. The integration with Rebuy works perfectly now and I could not be happier. Adam's willingness to help and quick solutions absolutely amazed me. Incredible support! Thank you!

Love this app and so do our customers! Been using it for well over 7 months and have no problems. It's easy to use and displays really well. Also, the devs take the time to update things and make sure it works with your theme which is crucial. It's only gotten better with time. Highly recommend.

Wrapped has been such an asset for our growing small business. Being able to offer an all in one gift wrapped gift sent straight to our customers' friends and family is a no brainer for us. The customer support from Adam and his team has been seccond to none. I cant reccomend the Wrapped app more highly! Thanks again Adam!
You've got this so spot on! Wrapped gift options helps your store stand out among your own competitors by adding an extra touch / extra personalization / gifting abilities. Adam was absolutely brilliant. The app didn't work 'out-of-the-box' for us mainly because our existing 3PL integration/partner was very restrictive, so we needed a few bespoke tweaks to make it work how we wanted it to. Adam was super accommodating of our needs - nothing was too much of a hassle for him. The end result was a robust gift-wrapping function that has been serving us well, without any issues, for the past 5+ months. We're very happy and couldn't recommend this app or Adam any higher. A++

if I could give 10 stars I would! Not only is the app exactly what I need, and the customer support is also lightning-quick and very very helpful! I had a zillion and one questions and some Theme issues when I updated my main theme and they fixed the issues quicker than I can type! Thank you so very much... Great app!

Just started using this app but it seems perfect, and Adam at customer support gave me BY FAR the best support experience I've ever had. Can't recommend it enough at this stage.
Thank you so much - we agree Adam is a legend! The customization to add an image beside the Wrapped gift option checkbox looks great on your Shopify store as well. We hope other Shopify businesses use this new feature when they add Wrapped to their online store.

Great plug-in for gift wrapping feature of your store. Easy to setup and use, and when it's not working their customer support responded my message and fixed the issue in minutes! Amazing!

Most of the app setup and customization happens in the online store theme editor, it's a breeze to assist in repositioning the widgets and adding that final touch. The app provides a lot of granular options and is very easy to use & configure. We needed some customizations of the widgets for our unique custom-made theme, and Adam was able to assist with that very promptly. Great app, great service!
