We sell on two Ebay stores and two Shopify websites that also both accept Paypal payments. Before Parex, the reconciliation process would've taken me hours and hours each week. With Parex, I have saved so much time and the process is very easy to understand. I have just started using Xero and find it very easy to use with Parex. The customer support is also excellent. Responses often within 12 hours, always helpful and willing to show which options are available and how to optimise the settings on the app. Can also separate international sales from nationwide sales for VAT purposes which makes life 10x easier. Definitely recommend.

Using Xero Bridge by Parex has saved us so much time. We can now focus on growing our business instead of spending hours creating contacts and invoices. Everything is done for us. And customer service is amazing. Any preferences we had were dealt with speedily.

Easy to use app with excellent customer service. Very reliable, our orders are quickly transferred to Xero - most of the time we forget Parex app is there as it works so efficiently in the background, but when we need help, the team are very responsive and helpful!

The Bridge by Parex app is very very good. It syncs the transactions from Shopify to Xero seamlessly and handles everything really well. You actually end up getting a match for your bank feed lines for reconciliation in Xero. Great support too!

This is by far the most important app we use for our store. Without it we simply wouldn't be able to have integrated Xero correctly. We have been using Xero for 7 years, and required that individual Shopify orders be synced and invoices be created for the existing customer in Xero. We tried many other apps (LinkMyBooks, A2X etc.), but none offered this feature/worked as well as this app. I've been in contact with the support team many times in the past 6 months, and they always reply promptly. Worth every penny.

This has been an absolute game changer. I'm annoyed at myself for not implementing it as soon as I started my business. If you need to track inventory and run Xero & Shopify, you NEED this app. Such a competitive price and incredible service.

I’m just starting with Xero and have found the Parex Bridge app to be extremely helpful and intuitive. The Parex team responds quickly to inquiries with detailed, well-explained answers. Mahek has provided exceptional personal support over several weeks, going above and beyond to correct past errors made by a previous bookkeeper. More importantly, they have made ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliation smooth and efficient. Their customer service is top-notch—always responsive and willing to assist with any questions. I highly recommend Parex Bridge to anyone looking for a seamless Shopify-Xero integration!

I would probably give it 0 stars if I could. We seemed to get off to a good start but the amount of double ups in invoices and journal entries was insane. The lack of ability to update settings without contacting support was also terrible.

We were forced to change our syncing apps from Shopify to Xero and have had a lot of trouble. Then I discovered Xero Bridge by Parex! The back up service has been efficient and effective and the app has performed without error. In the end if I had have discovered them first it would have saved us hours of work. Thank you for being responsive and easily providing us with what is needed.

I find the app frustrating and buggy. I also have to have two versions, one for shopify sync to xero and another for ebay to xero. Both work differently, both say they do both, but don't. Support is pretty average and I couldn't get actual help when I asked. Anyway, not impressed with spending a monthly fee for something that only just works.
