This is an essential app to have for your business. I recommend making an Exchanges and Returns page in your menu of your store using this app. I think you absolutley need to offer returns and exchanges for your customers to make sure your customers feel safe buying from you. It's also important in case they don't want what they got or want a different product in your store. Yanet offers good customization, and allows you to remove branding for free.

Had really a bad experience using this app, the support team is not giving any support, we just req for the API for our mobile app which we are building through shopify only but they are not ready to give it..
