Eine wirklich gute App und ein toller Support . Das einzige was noch fehlt ist eine komplette Übersetzung für Kunden aus Deutschland . Teilweise kann man dass ganze selber übersetzen , der support konnte mir da gut helfen. Preis / Leistung ist top Ich hoffe , dass die App gut an Kunden gewinnt , aber die aktuellen Bestandskunden wenn die App mal kostenpflichtig wird wirklich einen guten Preisnachlass bekommen. It is easy to set up and use. I like the flow of it. I give it four stars because I can not seem to remove the return to store option. I do not have a physical store and there is no point for me to have that option on there. Also, I wish there was a way to get a return label configured into the app. I have to create a separate return in Shopify to generate the label. It would also be great if an invoice can be created for them to pay for the difference on an exchange in the return portal. I do not know if I do not have something set up or not to do this. However, it would be wonderful to have these steps.

Works as expected which for a free app is a WOW! Factor. However, for whatever reason, the app doesn't allow multiple items to be 'Returned'. Admin has to select each item individually in an order and create multiple returns (e.g. if 4 line items are present, each will have it's own return) which is very surprising. Would have given it 5 stars if not for this little detail missing. TLDR: Cannot process return in a single ID, if there are more than 1 line items in an order.
