Yanet has been a lifesaver for my store’s return process! The app is super easy to use, both for me and my customers. I love how everything is automated, from approvals to emails—it saves me so much time. Plus, it’s customizable, so it matches my store’s vibe perfectly. Alex is also amazing—quick and helpful whenever I need them. If you want a hassle-free return system, I highly recommend Yanet!

Pretty good app to maintain returns and exchanges. Not to mention great support from Alex. Worth it considering the app being free.

recently started using the Yenet Plugin for Shopify, and I couldn't be happier with the results! This plugin is very useful, and the customer service staff Alex is also very responsible — He always help me resolve issues promptly. I do have one suggestion: it would be even better if more shipping carriers could be added, such as UPS.
