This plugin is very useful, and the customer service staff Alex is also very responsible — He always help me resolve issues promptly. I do have one suggestion: it would be even better if more shipping carriers could be added, such as UPS.

This app is excellent for what it offers. A few things that could be improved include The email notification, as it is a bit hard to set up. More Return and Refund Method options, like store credit, flat rate return fees, etc. While there is room for improvement, it has all the basics to manage returns and exchanges for your shop. Great app!
