WOW WOW WOW This is the best app we have installed on our store to date. I was searching for an app to streamline our returns and exchange procedures as this is very time-consuming with customer interaction, we now guide them to use the portal provided by this app and the features and functionality are amazing and can be totally customized to suit your needs. There are options to add images and descriptions for warranty claims and the design and feel is so user friendly for both customer and admin experience. I have to especially thank Tracey from support as she was very patient with my specific requirements and helped guide me through the initial process which is now up and running and will benefit our store a lot. On. As an early bird, this app is currently still free so catch it while you can you won't be disappointed. Xin Cam On

The app's interface is very intuitive and it allows me to customize the return policy according to my business needs.the customer support team is fantastic and Yanet is always available to help me with any questions or concerns. They were very knowledgeable and responsive, helping me quickly resolve any issues I had. Overall, I highly recommend the Yanet: Return and Exchange app to anyone looking to simplify the returns and exchanges process. This is an excellent app that exceeded my expectations and I give it five stars without hesitation.

This app is extremely easy to use and makes the process of returns and exchanges simple and straight forward. It has created less emails from customers and saves time with my employees to exchange or refund items. The customer portal integrates perfectly into my template with no problems. Also the customer service is very quick and knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs. I have never had an issue using Yanet apps because any issue is always addressed customization quickly and efficiently and always willing to go the extra mile to customize things to make it fit my model perfectly. It is always nice to work with a company that is willing to work with me to meet my exact needs.
