Hands down, Yanet's return portal app is the best in the business! Tracy and Alex provided exceptional support every step of the way, making the setup seamless and addressing all my queries promptly. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was tailored to my needs. What impressed me most is the app's flexibility. It allows almost every modification imaginable, giving me complete control over the return process. It's even more customizable than some paid apps I've tried before. Esta APP es maravillosa !!, es muy intuitiva y fácil de configurar. Permite al cliente subir una foto del producto, personalizar las razones de la devolución, obteniendo un feedback interesante para nosotros, etc. Además, Tracy de atención al cliente responde muy rápido y son muy amables. WOW WOW WOW This is the best app we have installed on our store to date. I was searching for an app to streamline our returns and exchange procedures as this is very time-consuming with customer interaction, we now guide them to use the portal provided by this app and the features and functionality are amazing and can be totally customized to suit your needs. There are options to add images and descriptions for warranty claims and the design and feel is so user friendly for both customer and admin experience. I have to especially thank Tracey from support as she was very patient with my specific requirements and helped guide me through the initial process which is now up and running and will benefit our store a lot. On. As an early bird, this app is currently still free so catch it while you can you won't be disappointed. Xin Cam On

I would definitely recommend this app to everyone. Its very easy to use and I can definitely say that it has been great. The customer service has been exceptional, they answer all of your questions and does so at a very fast pace. Go download it now.

I recently added this app and although I have not had any returns or exchanges yet, thankfully, they were very helpful getting me set up. I am not very technical and they set me up.

The app's interface is very intuitive and it allows me to customize the return policy according to my business needs.the customer support team is fantastic and Yanet is always available to help me with any questions or concerns. They were very knowledgeable and responsive, helping me quickly resolve any issues I had. Overall, I highly recommend the Yanet: Return and Exchange app to anyone looking to simplify the returns and exchanges process.
