Its really very nice and save my time and my day, this app have everything i want and everybody wants, its supported multi languages without losing your time and your money to translate the langauges, and can edit page like what you want or your store style, and customers can upload pictures for that product want to return it, I highly recommend trying this app and you will not regret it.... إنه حقًا لطيف جدًا ويوفر وقتي ويومي ، هذا التطبيق يحتوي على كل ما أريده ويريده الجميع ، وهو يدعم لغات متعددة دون أن تضيع وقتك وأموالك لترجمة اللغات ، ويمكنه تعديل الصفحة مثل ما تريد أو نمط متجرك ، ويمكن للعملاء تحميل الصور الخاصة بهذا المنتج الذي يريدون إعادته ، أوصي بشدة بتجربة هذا التطبيق ولن تندم ... ا؛ذا كنت عربي خذها نصيحه مني وجربه لاتي جلست فتره ادور وكلها غاليه او لازم تترجم الصفحه اما ذا التطبيق بيسهل ويختصر عليك الكثير وتجاره موفقه بإذن الله

The app is simple and easy-to-use. It can cover all I need for processing a return quickly. The support is fast and helpful. The app seems to being updated with more functions, so I look forward to it.

This app is extremely easy to use and makes the process of returns and exchanges simple and straight forward. It has created less emails from customers and saves time with my employees to exchange or refund items. The customer portal integrates perfectly into my template with no problems. Also the customer service is very quick and knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs. I have never had an issue using Yanet apps because any issue is always addressed customization quickly and efficiently and always willing to go the extra mile to customize things to make it fit my model perfectly. It is always nice to work with a company that is willing to work with me to meet my exact needs.
