Great app features. Everything that a seller needs for a seamless RTO process. Alex from the customer service was quite helpful & on prompt to solve all my queries. Great work!

Alex from customer service was extremely helpful and guided me through the necessary support during the app setup. I now believe I have established a seamless infrastructure for returns and exchanges. It will be very simple and easy. My customers are going to love it.

The Yanet app is powerful, but the best part is the customer support. I needed to enable the 'Return Fee' function, which is essential for my business. I reached out to their support team, and they activated it on my account immediately and for free. It's great to know that if you need help or a specific feature, their team is responsive and willing to assist. A very positive experience
