I recently started using the Yanet: Returns and Exchanges app, and it has been a great experience so far. The app is very easy to set up and makes the return and exchange process smooth and efficient for both us and our customers. A special thanks to Alex for the excellent assistance and guidance. He was quick to respond, very patient, and helped me understand everything step by step. His support made the whole onboarding process seamless. Alex from customer service was extremely helpful and guided me through the necessary support during the app setup. I now believe I have established a seamless infrastructure for returns and exchanges. It will be very simple and easy. My customers are going to love it.

The Yanet app is powerful, but the best part is the customer support. I needed to enable the 'Return Fee' function, which is essential for my business. I reached out to their support team, and they activated it on my account immediately and for free. It's great to know that if you need help or a specific feature, their team is responsive and willing to assist. A very positive experience
