Using this app made returns & exchange VERY easy. Alex from Yanet Support is also super quick, and give a define answer, with out asking too many questions and not wasting time. amazing so far!

I've only just installed the app but so far it's giving me a very good impression. It's neat, clear, well designed and seems to be integrating seamlessly with my store. I was looking specifically for an app that allows my customers to upload a picture of their package in case it's damaged etc. and Yanet has that and so much more. I had a question within the first five minutes and Tracy at their support immediately helped me solve it, I could tell she knew exactly what to do - by far some of the best customer support I've had. 5/5, I wish all Shopify apps were this well made and easy to use!

Yanet has completely streamlined my store’s return process! It’s incredibly user-friendly—for both me and my customers. I really appreciate how the entire workflow is automated, from approvals to email notifications—it saves me a ton of time. The customization options are a huge plus too, letting me match everything to my store’s aesthetic. Big shoutout to Alice as well—always quick to respond and super helpful. I had to switch from another app that was not supported anymore and i just love this app and the customer service provided. quick and efficient. Very easy to set up and the team answered every question for help promptly. I hope this will meet our needs. Will report back with an update
