Sceptical at first but Yotpo intergrates brilliantly with Shopify 2 stores. We had a small issue with Google Snippets not working with our Outofthesandbox theme but Ed quickly sorted the problem and we now have 5star reviews showing in organic Google listings. Our main problem is that we're getting too many 5* reviews from happy customers (who are keen to leave reviews) but Google thinks we're not genuine!! Nice problem to have! The reviews definitley make a difference and we were able to pull our reviews in from Etsy using another app so we instantly had over 1500 ***** reviews to kick us off. Brilliant app. Brilliant support. Brilliant reviews

I've just installed this app. The customer service was fantastic! I spoke with Reinier D and help me through all installation process straight away and made the right recommendations. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't probably ended up moving forward. I'm very happy with the product so far and glad I had the great help to do it!

Great app and service. Their support is helpful, especially Joian Z who has helped us group our product reviews, so we can share reviews between all the products in the same group.

I used this app before and because of the price I went with another app, that is when I realized that this app is the best. I decided to go back to them. And representative Reinier D. was extremely help with helping me transferring my reviews from the other app. I truly appreciate the help. I will recommend this app.
