This 5 star review is for the technical service help I got from Ed, who went about 5 or 6 rounds with me in trying to get our Dmarc authenticated with Sendgrid and Yotpo sending emails on behalf of us to our customers. He was really willing to go the extra mile and get this figured out with me. Thanks a lot Ed. Great job!

日本語を変換してチャットからコミュニケーションをとりサポートしてもらいましたが、無料プランにも関わらず丁寧に対応してもらい迅速に解決することができました。 今後も使い続けたいと思いました。 We were able to convert Japanese and communicate with them via chat for support, and despite the free plan, they were very attentive and were able to resolve the issue quickly. I would like to continue using them in the future.

Yotpo are always quick to help out with any issues. Their online chat is fast to respond and they do their best to resolve issues quickly.

Eduardo R was very helpful indeed and managed to resolve my issue! Although I do think there should be the ability to change the email address on the account without having to contact customer service!

I haven't installed app yet because i am using another currently but so far the interface looks polished, the features are rich and support is awesome! Ronel R helped me out greatly. he listened carefully to my request, understood the issue and directed me to the solution. he was very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to a great experience. I will update this review once i get things up and running. we'll its up and running and so far i am very impressed. I am impressed by both the app and the support. Each and everytime I reach our for support they are right there. Happy S recently helped me out and he/she was awesome. thanks! 5/9/22 - as always, YotPo support is awesome. Kenn from tech support was able to resolve my request expediently and efficiently. Kudos to Kenn!

Ronel R did a great job helping walk me through setting up the app, and everything looks great. The ability to have much more rich and aesthetically pleasing reviews vs Shopify reviews is a great feature for Yotpo.

There are functionnalities that I wish we could have directly on the plateform, but the support team can do a lot on their end so don't hesitate to ask for help. Kenneth was a great help with me, I would recommand.

L'application est très bien : publication d'avis avec personnalisation des couleurs et du texte et relance des clients. Service client au top : sheen m'a installé le module, personnalisé et assuré l'intégration des données de mon prestashop d'avant vers shopify.

I've had different issues and the customer support, in particular Rein, was really keen on solving my issues. They definitely deserve 5 stars.
