I had some glitch in using the app initially. I reached out for help twice and both times, got great help by the customer service. I am still in trial but will definately upgrade to get even better service.

Yotpo has been such a HUGE help at installing the review widget and star rating widget on my site. Lemuel was so fast and efficient.

Great customer support from John, Kenneth & Albert. I would like to be able to edit review titles manually, but I've only just started using the service after using Kudobuzz before. It would also be nice to be able to import site reviews from other platforms, as currently only product-specific reviews can be imported. Nice intuitive platform for reviews.

Kennth was very helpful on solving my issues. Nice app and detailed admin screens. The only issue is that app is pricy, other than that everything is smooth.

I have spent DAYS trying to find the right app. I've been so angry and frustrated but THIS is the app!!! I wanted a review page where all my reviews were. Who knew that was such an ask. This was my last app I was going to try before I gave up and I'm so glad I did. I reached out to customer support and Eunice is a WIZARD!!!! Not only did Eunice do all the work for me getting it installed but my page is fully functional and set up and its everything I wanted!!! It was so so so easy! ZERO effort on my part! Side note, it only took a few minutes! Best customer service I've had in days!!! Thank you Eunice for saving me and removing all my stress!

I had a very good experience with Allent M and Arven S. He/She helped me a lot in correcting file formats and it has been very speedy assistance. I really appreciate this becuase from now on we could easily fixing formats problems from our own end easily. Thanks a lot, their customer service is top notch! :)

This app has been exactly what we need and the customer service/support has been great. We have been able to use the live chat feature a few times and they have been very responsive. We have used a handful of apps for our store and Yotpo has been the easiest to work with and the most knowledgeable about the solutions to our requests. In my last chat Rilu Jane and James Edmar and Warren solved our problem quickly and made it look even better than we expected!
