I was having trouble with my reviews showing on my site. I finally emailed and received an immediate response from Eunice that the problem was taken care of. I so appreciate the quick response and fix. My time is better spent creating products. Not techy stuff!

We installed this app after being disappointed with many other applications in Shopify. We are very satisfied with Yotpo applications and its features. The customer service is available 24/7 with knowledge representative. The last time we had an issue Ronel R from customer support helped us in less than 5 minutes. Ronel was very fast and efficient in isolating the problem and solving it. We would 100% recommend this app to everyone for its great customer support.

100% recommend this app! Allent M just helped me with a quite tricky problem and was amazing to deal with, they also assisted in teaching me how to do it myself, so I could learn to add the specific code.
