We use Yotpo "growth", but for the startup, it has enough functionality to go around. What I really enjoy is their customer support, super fast to respond and quick to help you solve the problems you're facing with as much detail as possible. Kudos to Yotpo rep Lemuel.

Only just started setting it up and have used their support quite a bit. Always reply straight away and extremely helpful. The app itself is working great. Highly recommend

Absolutely superb customer service. I reached out to Yotpo needing some help with integration. Literally, within less than 10 minutes, Ronel R had our widget and star ratings displayed perfectly on our live site. If you need help, just use the "chat" feature on the bottom-right and hope that you get Ronel R to help you!

I have just signed up to Yotpo and was having some difficulties ading reviews onto my shopify site. Eduardo.R was an amazing help to me on the live chat. He was able to fix all my issues in a timely manner, his customer service was amazing! So happy and i hope to work with Eduardo again! Thankyou!

Love this app.The support is fantastic. I just upgraded to the Growth plan and they very kindly installed the review carousel for me which saved me a tonne of time and effort. Would definitely recommend
