Yotpo is a great app for collecting and displaying customer reviews, and they have a quick/responsive customer service chat!

I am using this app to run our loyalty program and I am very happy with the capabilities. To get a bit more advanced you do have to upgrade, but the small business bronze plan has a lot of capabilities. Donald U provided amazing customer support. I use Yotpo for Reviews as well.

The support is very reactive. Solved a problem in a very fast timeline so we can merge our older reviews.
