Yotpo: Product Reviews App

I couldn't figure out how to get the Star-Rating on my Website, but Kenneth John M helped me within minutes. I'm glad that he solved my problem this quick. Thank You! Edit: Today the App got down again, but Lisa did the same thing as John. Special thanks to you guys, we need more Technical Support like this. :)

Had an issue adding the custom widget code to the theme and went to the support. It was AMAZING. Robertini checked everything, working for several hours into my site. All you need and more.

We recently installed a new theme on our shopify store. We had issues getting the reviews to display on any of our pages. We reached out and were immediately contacted to address the issue. Doner was quick, asked where we would like items to display and did the work very quickly. We could be happier with the service we received and are thrilled with Doners quick response and friendly service.

A+ 10/10 app and great customer service. Having a good review system helps us convert more customers on our website, I highly recommend giving this app a try, the Yotpo SMS bump app is a great addition too.

This is an awesome app!! Highly recommend. Their customer service is incredibly helpful and so far we have had very few issues. It's incredibly intuitive to use and integrates very well with shopify Doner was so helpful!! Helped me figure out a solution and it was definitely not the easiest - thank you SO much!!!!! Update: Ronel was SO fast to help me with reviews displaying incorrectly on our site. They resolved my issue in 15 minutes, thank you Ronel!! Eunice helped me quickly and efficiently solve my issue. I needed to get yotpo re-integrated with my Shopify site and she was able to update the code to make it display again. Very helpful!
