OMG I was lucky enough to be helped by Edourado when reaching out for a Yotpo assistance. He went above and beyond to help me and exceeded my expectations. Yotpo product reviews work amazing, we wanted to tweak the plugin a bit and Ronel was super helpful, everything was done in few minutes and now looks exactly as we wanted it. Thanks a lot once again.

When I changed my theme to a new one, I had two choices either to use Shopify's Product Review or Yotpo. I was struggling to choose which one to go to even though someone recommended Yotpo. I am so glad I chose Yotpo as it provided more functionality for conversion. But the key deciding factor why chose Yotpo without hesitation was the level of support I received from Eduardo R today via chatbox. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and nothing was too hard for him. I came from an IT senior management background and I managed numerous people if I was to hire I will have Eduardo any time. I can't thank him enough for how valuable support he provided me today. Eduardo placed the product review where I want it to appear and he solved all of my product review-related problems and ratings. Thank you so very much, Eduardo. This is our go to review collection app for multiple stores. With automated review requests, a robust free plan, analytics and a fantastic support team there is so much to love about this app. It's easy to set up on your own, but if you can't manage their support staff is always there to help. I've talked with Nick on multiple occasions, and he is always quick to respond and a great problem solver -- a real rarity with Shopify app support!

I'm rating the great service I received from Doner P. It can be hard as a soloprenuer doing everything on your own, so I really appreciate when I am able to get help through Yotpo Support to help me get things fixed, done quickly and correctly! Thanks for your help Doner! Also got great service from Eunice. After getting a bit of a run around from another representative that didn't fix the issue I was having, I luckily got my support ticket assigned to Eunice who was GREAT! She resolved my issue within 24 hours.
