So far so good. I was having a little bit of a challenge getting all my widgets in place. I reached out through the chat and received a response right away. Radly was very patient and helped me with all of my concerns as well as getting my widgets in place.

Great! Donald & Eunice helped me and was super helpful. He assisted with installing the reviews on my new theme and adjusted the margins for me.

Customer service is exceptional! Eunice P. helped me integrate Yotpo with my custom theme and was very patient to make sure that everything was already working on our site.

Thank you Yotpo, your effort is appreciated, we had a few small problems but we received enthusiastic help and effort from Reinier D (Yotpo support staff).. the problem is solved. resolved quickly, we will continue to use the service in the future

I really have been enjoying the ease of collecting reviews with this App! Their support team is super friendly and great too! Shoutout to Allen and Kenneth! Also Kenn T was super helpful as well! UPDATE: Lemuel is also awesome! Very patient and helpful What a great support team!

App does everything you need. I decided to use this app as i wanted to add photo reviews. The customer service is exceptional. Any issues have been fixed straight away via the chat function. Rhenant T helped a lot.
