Allen at Yotpo was really helpful. I have found tech support to be surprisingly good, they've gone into the back-end and really helped work out some things we are very particular about.

Yotpo is a great app to collect and showcase customer reviews. Plus, they're always updating and adding new features to make the software an even better value. And, on top of that, they have amazing customer service. Recently, I received a lot of help from James E. on chat support when I had to manually add Yotpo reviews back to my site after a theme update. James' customer service was top notch!

Love how fast and quick the support team is at Yotpo! Very helpful! Nick and Allent helped me so much with importing our reviews. Very thankful! Djan from customer service has also been super helpful looking into our reviews backend and answering any questions I have! Joian Z has been so great as well!
