Love this app for reviews. Very easy to use and Keith addressed my questions quickly and thoroughly. Very happy!

Allent was great. All customer service has been top notch in the short while I've been using Yotpo. Service works as intended for collecting customer reviews. Great app backed by a great team. Update: Needed assistance with my star ratings that required coding knowledge, Orly fixed it for me quick. Great job and thank you!

Ruszell was prompt with responses and implemented code for me to make my star reviews show on my products. Super courteous and patient with additional questions. I’m on the entry level and for now that’s all I need. Grateful for excellent service even though I’m a tiny business and not paying for the top version. Thanks

I love the Customer service it was great and I love that I can access that feature. Yopto was a little tricky for me to navigate as a new downloader

James fixed me "star ranking" problem within a minute! I reached out, was immediately linked with an on-line agent - and viola! Issue gone! Thank you YOTPO and James!

Great support from Lemuel and Happy at Yotpo. I was struggling to sort out the setup for mobile. I asked the help chat & Lemuel helped me quickly and effortlessly. I am so relieved.
