Yotpo: Product Reviews App

I have had a great experience using this app so far. It is easy to use and their customer service is outstanding. I had trouble uploading my previous reviews but Rhenant and Rilu went above and beyond to assist me in making everything work. It is a powerful review app with value well worth its price. Nicole just helped us again when we needed assistance with a new series of updates to our shop. She was great to work with.

I just installed the app on my Shopify store and as it had been collecting reviews for some months I instantly had over 300 reviews that are good. I worked with Lemuel Yotpo to do this and that person was really helpful and they did all the work. I just came back and worked with Nick and he updated my information and got the site in great shape. He was great to work with, really smart and fast and understood the changes I wanted to make

Great product, Manny was LIFESAVING! He took time to help me set everything up, gave me best practices tips, ideas. He also set up our widgets and checked what I had set up to make sure we didn't make fools of ourselves. I was completely lost on what to do with Yotpo, Manny really saved the day for us. Absolutely great, generous support. Really excited to use this now.

Their customer service is great, I needed help setting up and Edurado R was super helpful, he was quick and efficient in helping me set up the widget and even helped change the colors within the widget! Thank you again!

Dec. 2021 update: still love the app. In all these years, only minor issues, ever. Had one recently (reviews not showing up), and Mark Oliver was amazing with his support. Very thorough, great follow up and fixed the issue very quickly! Best Shopify app I've ever used, and in 10 years, there's been MANY!! 2014 review: I freaking LOVE this app! Really popular with my customers. Adds a ton of trust to potential buyers. Highly recommended!

This is such a great app to generate and request reviews, especially along with the rich snippets option to rank on search results. A Big shout out to the support team as well (especially Lemuel) for timely resolution to queries and helping us get additional credits to meet our review milestone!
