Love how fast and quick the support team is at Yotpo! Very helpful! Nick and Allent helped me so much with importing our reviews. Very thankful! Djan from customer service has also been super helpful looking into our reviews backend and answering any questions I have! Joian Z has been so great as well!

This ois an excellent app. Installed 3 days ago and reviews are rolling in everyday. with the old app i only got 3 - 5 reviews a month. lot's of flexibility and i really love the 2 reminders. Today i had some questions and doubts but Jeorge from support resolved the issues in no time. I already got the first returning sales from the reminders. Top notch

Ruszell was prompt with responses and implemented code for me to make my star reviews show on my products. Super courteous and patient with additional questions. I’m on the entry level and for now that’s all I need. Grateful for excellent service even though I’m a tiny business and not paying for the top version. Thanks

Donald in Support was stellar! He hung in there with me until the very end, even after I accidentally disconnected him! Yotpo is difficult for some people to use, and I am one of them. Donald was so polite and expedient he restored my faith in Yotpo. Most of all though he was perceptive in understanding my problem when other people in support were unable to do so. He did this, despite my inability to articulate it properly. Amazing guy! Thank you!
