App is very functional and useful. Had a few questions but was prompted helped by Ronel R who figured everything out for me very speedily. He had incredible customer service.

This app is a must if you already use the Yotpo rewards app! We ended up switching to this app because they have much better email automation than what Mailchimp offers for reviews. The other fantastic thing about this app is the customer service! Anytime I had any issues they went above and beyond to fix them. I mostly spoke to Jeorge who was extremely helpful and fixed all my problems in no time. Daniel P was also super helpful and took the time to go over my questions one by one.

I am updating my review, and from 2021 to now this app has still been outstanding. Great app, works so well, and the customer service is excellent. Great job, Highly recommended! I really love this app, it has helped me get reviews with no work from me. Their customer service has also been excellent. Thank you Mark for helping me with a problem, you were quick and efficient. Highly recommended!

Professional and quick customer service by Eunice! Furthermore it works well since we can choose for the option to only do site reviews instead of product reviews.

Wow, Allent from yotpo was amazing with helping me out today and reassuring me. The app is great, easy to use and moderate. Highly recommend. The colours also line up with people's expectations (referring to the big behemoth of AMZ).

They've always been good and keep getting better and adding new cool digital products and features. Customer Service is lightning fast and responsive. Great company.

I just started to use this App and so far it has been working really good. Their customer support is excellent, they are willing to help every time you need. Specially James and Ronel, who helped me with many questions I recently had.

I wanted to insert a reviews carousel to our front page. Orly installed it for me in under 20 minutes from me sending an email to support seeing it live. Cannot fault support. Excellent!

I have used Yotpo for some years now and been really happy with it. Wanted to 'throttle up' onto a higher level over our busy period, but then drop back down afterwards as we are highly seasonal. I reached out to customer support and they advised me appropriately. Radly was really helpful, great customer service. Thanks.
