使いやすく、信頼性のあるレビューも集まりやすいのでとってもおすすめです。英語対応にはなりますがサポートも迅速で、インストールや設定がうまくいかずに問い合わせをしたら代行してすぐに運用開始できました。サポート面が手厚いのはユーザにとっては嬉しいポイントだと思います。 2023年追記 サポートのArvenは私たちの疑問・やりたいことに関して的確で完璧な仕事をしてくれました！

Exceptional App. The service is quite good as well. Nick helped me quite a bit. Anytime I need assistance, the whole yotpo team is super responsive and quick. If you're looking for a reviews app, this one is super solid and worth the money.

We are using Yotpo to generate product and site reviews on a couple of online stores of our clients. Yotpo not only helps us to generate reviews but also helps to get additional sales coming from auto-response emails. They have a very responsive and helpful support team in case any help is needed. P.S. Ed, thank you for your recent help:) Zwebra Web Studio Inc. recommends Yotpo service for sure!

A bit expensive for a new small business, but great customer services. I had a an issue and they were super responsive in helping me fix it. Allen was so helpful with fixing an issue. Unfortunately we've changed provider due to limited upload image functionality the provider. For us, image uploads and social proof are super important, but Yotpo does not make it easy.

I like this app though it should be easier to locate new reviews. The best part is when Donald U helped set up the reviews carousel in my Shopify site! I tried myself wasted a lot of time so tried chat and Donald had my carousel up and running on my site in minutes! It’s such a tremendous benefit to have chat agents like Donald who are available and competent !!

****Update**** Since we can't review an app more than once I am updating my review to again rave about how helpful the Chat Support is. Lots of places make decent software but the real challenge is what happens when things inevitably don't work quite right. Anytime I've had trouble, chat support has helped me resolve the issue quickly. Most recently, Radly helped me fix a config change that was preventing my review widget from displaying properly. 5/5! I was having difficulty importing our old product reviews. After chatting with Rhenant via live chat for less than 20 minutes I had most of my reviews imported. Rhenant also took the time to show me how to format the rest of my reviews that wouldn't import correctly. Lots of companies provide good review apps but working with a company with good customer service/technical support makes my day so much easier!

Nice app, easy to use and very powerful. Best of all, really handy customer support! We have encountered some problems with comments display, and the support has been patiently helping us throughout the process. We appreacite Kent's help in these days. And luckily everything worked out! And update today, we had wonderful support and help from Allen today, it has helped us much and he is so nice to chat with, always smile and kind, really appreciate, will come back more often!

Its not cheap but most powerful review app we have used and support has been v quick whenever we have had an issue or needed something amended
