Yotpo: Product Reviews App

Nick did a great job helping me with a review issue I was having. I hope to work with him and yotpo more in the future

Love how fast and quick the support team is at Yotpo! Very helpful! Nick and Allent helped me so much with importing our reviews. Very thankful! Djan from customer service has also been super helpful looking into our reviews backend and answering any questions I have! Joian Z has been so great as well!

James was great and was a big help in getting all of my reviews to show up. It's even better that they have live help! Thank you Ronel!

Love this app for reviews. Very easy to use and Keith addressed my questions quickly and thoroughly. Very happy!

Allent was great. All customer service has been top notch in the short while I've been using Yotpo. Service works as intended for collecting customer reviews. Great app backed by a great team. Update: Needed assistance with my star ratings that required coding knowledge, Orly fixed it for me quick. Great job and thank you!

Ruszell was prompt with responses and implemented code for me to make my star reviews show on my products. Super courteous and patient with additional questions. I’m on the entry level and for now that’s all I need. Grateful for excellent service even though I’m a tiny business and not paying for the top version. Thanks

Just started using it and so far very good with everything. Great support from Manny T, highly recommended.

I absolutely love this app! The customer service is top notch and all of the features are perfect! Howell Keith was great!

First the manual set up was a little tricky, but Lemuel C help me rally fast! Now my website looks amazing! Thank you!

Been working perfectly, and the support team has been awesome and very fast with assisting when an issue or question pops up. Much appreciated!

Donald in Support was stellar! He hung in there with me until the very end, even after I accidentally disconnected him! Yotpo is difficult for some people to use, and I am one of them. Donald was so polite and expedient he restored my faith in Yotpo. Most of all though he was perceptive in understanding my problem when other people in support were unable to do so. He did this, despite my inability to articulate it properly. Amazing guy! Thank you!

JAMES EDMAR DID A GREAT JOB HELPING ME HOW TO PUBLISH MY REVIEW ON MY WEBSITE. I RECCOMEND 100% YOTPO AND ITS TEAM.

James fixed me "star ranking" problem within a minute! I reached out, was immediately linked with an on-line agent - and viola! Issue gone! Thank you YOTPO and James!

Eduardo and Nick been great. They answered all my questions promptly and was very friendly. Would work with him again
