Yotpo: Product Reviews App

The app is very easy to use.When I don't understand something, Allent of the support team will reply me in time. This app is a good choice.

Kenn was so helpful and answered all my questions quickly and kindly. I used Yotpo for several years and eventually decided it's too expensive for how few customizations you can make. But the customer service is great.

Although I'm new to Yotpo (Day 1) I just have to say I'm loving it already. I had the pleasure of getting Donald U. on support chat and he helped me for such a long time going above and beyond. He even helped me via video chat fix a glitch in some custom code. I used this app on a previous ecommerce platform and Mark, my Growth Support Hero, helped me remap my old reviews to the new platform and website.
