We've just installed the app and still figuring everything out, but judging by the great customer support we've received so far we foresee a long and prosper relationship.

Always have had a ton of help on our websites. Orly recently helped us out and we were lucky to get him to help us out! Today I got lucky with KENN T. A rockstar! I wanted to send him a TIP... but that feature does not exist yet. Ty guys

Great customer support, they created a reviews page for me within the twinkle of an eye. I recommend this app to anyone.

Yotpo help desk is very successful. The support I got from "Eduarso R" and "Eunice P" was just perfect, he solved our problem very quickly.

Ive been using Yotpo for years across multiple stores. Not only does the app function extremely well the customer service I've received has been amazing!!! Lemuel with the customer support team went above and beyond to help me with a few things he honestly didn't have to. Made a world of a difference for me! Yotpo has a lifetime customer in me and ill be sure to tell everyone I come across this is the only solution for reviews!

Manny and the team from Yotpo is awesome! Yotpo is well worth the money and will pay you back many times over.. Been using them for close to 10 years.. You pretty much set it and forget it and reviews just starts rolling in! Recently needed to migrate my product reviews to a new website and Manny made things very easy! Took less than 24 hours and all reviews were published to the new site.. Thank you!!

I added the app, but the colours weren't sitting well with our theme and made the copy unreadable. The support team helped me to change these colours over live chat really quickly. I feel they could be there for any other small support changes.
