Great customer service, even on the free plan. James was very quick to address our problem. The widget is also very easy to get up and running.

customer support is always very prompt and professional. We recently had a chat with Ronel, was very helpful and kind. as system there is several features that we wish they will add for users.

I use this to show my reviews from multiple channels. I recently updated my theme and needed some customization. Ronel was great with helping me.

Amazing service from Ed! Reached out for help with issues on the website and Ed was able to resolve it within minutes. Was planning to go for a paid plan and wanted to try out Yotpo. Based on interactions with Ed, I have no more doubts. Will go for paid plans! Way to go Ed!

I love this!!! It looks so professional for our website and the emails requesting them after purchase are very helpful so we have a steady flow. I had some trouble with the reviews appearing at first and Manny from support was very helpful in guiding me to figure out the settings.
