Yotpo: Product Reviews App

We are using the paid version of the app to manage our reviews. It works well to manage and moderate content and post helpful reviews from real buyers. An additional bonus is helping incentivize customers to leave real feedback, which results in reoccurring purchasers and shared experiences on our store. Customer service agent Kenneth assisted in resolving a setup challenge I had and all is working well - Thank you.

Manny was fantastic. Walked me through every step to get my issue resolved and also had a couple of suggestions for me that were helpful.

Great application, still on the free version but will upgrade as soon as the number of review requests increases. And the customer support service is excellent, quick and efficient! Highly recommended!

It's working well for getting reviews and ratings. Their chat is very responsive if you have any issues.

So far, so good. Been working on collecting manual reviews and setting things up while we move a site to Shopify. Yopto Support team is very responsive and helpful. I've chatted with Orly a few times as well as a few others. Update: just got support from Radly, who was helpful and fast.

The app has been great for our business, and the customer service is excellent when we switched to a new theme and ran into some problems with how the reviews showed. Rinu was great at investigating and finding the problem and corrected it for us right away.

I wanted to customize my widget and carousel and Manny from Live chat helped me get that done asap. Great customer service.

YOTPO is a fantastic app to help drive conversions by word of mouth of your very own customers. The thing that sets them apart is their customer service team. While we had issues getting into our account after employee turnover, they stuck by us and got us access. When setting our site up, I easily sent 4 emails a week with questions and customization requests. They were prompt in their responses and helped us get our site looking and performing the exact way we want it. Thank you to Orly, Elven, and Doner for all your help!

For 2 days I had the most amazing and I mean amazing service from manny. I was able to tackle a very difficult task of closing similar accounts and transferring reviews to proper site page. Simply put he saved our businesses years of customer reviews. Beyond thankful for manny and his patience and help So thankful for the work that the team has helped with. Donner was incredibly patient and stay dedicated to getting the work done from transitioning from another review platform.

This person went out their way to help me with my reviews to display correctly on my website. I have been having trouble and wasn't able to display my reviews correctly.
