It's a great app to collect reviews, show star-ratings on store and on Google search, Google shopping and we are very happy using it. Doner P. was very quick and helpful with clear answers. He was also very assuring which we very much appreciate! Thanks!

My reviews were not showing on my website, but after chatting with the support team they were able to get them displayed. I rate the app 4 stars because of the price and the limitations. However I would give 5 stars to the support agent Orly.

Yotpo is a great product review platform and really helps with SEO. Additionally, their customer support staff is exceptional. Rilu Jane was excellent and really helped me with all the questions I had asked. 5/5.

I have had some issues with merging out products, but I am also not the most tech savy person. I will say that anything I struggle with, I can also ask for help on!

I enjoy the app, but did not know if customer could upload pictures. I chatted with support and they were very helpful explaining what I needed to know about how the app works and how customer can upload an image along with their reviews. Did not take long for replys. Thank you Yopto

Orly was super patient, extremely helpful and a huge lifesaver! We recently made some changes to our product offerings and we needed to import some reviews from an external source and Orly helped every step of the way. The Yotpo app is full of neat functionality and it looks great on the site. Update on Feb 10/2023. James Edmar C was super helpful, kind and patient. It seems Yotpo has improved the way they import reviews via csv; no longer via email, and can now be done via chat! Thanks so much for your help and for making this improvement.

Nice surprise to see Yotpo customer service much much improved since we first started working with them a few years back. Ed was fantastic. Super quick to respond and made the fix directly for me within minutes - would have taken me ages figuring it out myself - thank you Ed and Yotpo!

While sorting out a separate problem for me I was chatting to tech support about the issue I have with selling one of a kind items, i.e. the item usually disappears from the store soon after sale, taking any reviews with it. Gimbert was super helpful, showed me how I could have a series of reviews appear at the bottom of each listing in my store via the SEO page, available on the free plan. So no more tedious manually adding reviews to a separate page for me. I am really happy with the appearance of multiple reviews on each listing, and only wish I had known about it sooner. Tech support responded to my inquiries very quickly and had the new look published for me really quickly. Highly recommended.
