Love Yotpo. Awesome support - can't recommend this enough! I switched themes recently and had to reach out for help getting it re-installed. Bam, they had it up and rolling in less than 5 minutes.

I was previously using this app when my site was being hosted by another provider and I was struggling to migrate my reviews to my new Shopify site. The technical assistance I received from Ed to resolve the migration and widget issue I was experiencing due to using different templates was fantastic and thorough. My reviews are all now displaying as they should.

Their tech support is really efficient. We just started using Yotpo, and at first, the written reviews were not appearing on our website (only the star ratings did). We reported it, and the issue was resolved right away! They also explained how they fixed it - so I also learned more about how to navigate their app. They also noticed other issues in our code, which they fixed as well. Very good service.

Just started using Yotpo. Now, my store reviews look really neat. Had a small issue on setup and dearest Gimbert solved it in no time. Thumbs up to great customer support. Haven't fully tested the mailing system yet but I'm sure it also works perfectly fine.

Very easy to use. Though you do need to pay to get the most out of it. The support team is very helpful. Especially Ronel, who helped me a particularly pressing issue.

I installed this app and had issues with installing the widget. Within minutes, Simoun helped me with the problem! Custom service is really truly amazing! Highly recommend this app!
