I've been using these guys ever since I started my business over 3 years ago and have never been dissapointed. Support is very fast and efficient Five stars all around! Thanks again for all your support! Update to my review....continued five star all around! The support I recieve from the team is incredible. I've used the support chats for numerous occasions and have never been dissapointed. Thank you Reinier D as you fixed my issues.

I had trouble adding the reviews widget to my homepage and trouble with creating a reviews landing page. Gimbert helped me out via chat and he was a tremendous help. He went above and beyond and I truly appreciate his help!

We recently updated our Shopify theme and I was having a hard time figuring out if the Yotpo app was operating correctly. I chatted briefly with Sheen and got the help I needed. So, in addition to providing a swell way to collect reviews, they back up the app with swell customer service. Awesome. Thank you! Once we finalized our theme update, I noticed our product reviews were not showing up on our product pages. I contacted support and Orly helped get things sorted out. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Thank you!!

Ive used Yotpo many times, in many different types stores, to help customers see the value in my products and customer service -- IT WORKS. Super powerful. AND -- Yotpo has great customer service also (and thanks Ian, and in the past, Orly for helping me out twice with questions -- solved fast and easy). I have tried many other review platforms and I always come back to Yotpo as my go-to. The new interface is great! Again, amazing customer service!!! Thank you!
