Great support and features! Very pleased!! :) We wanted to make sure our settings were correct and get a better review display. Chatted with a Yotpo Rep and they took care of everything for us!

Really impressed with Yotpo's service. The best I've experienced from a Shopify app vendor. I worked with Eunice, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to help me install the on-site widgets.

I was just helped by Reinier. He was great and honestly deserves a raise for how good and helpful he was. Took his time to find solutions and solved my problem to perfection. Give this man a raise or promote him ASAP :)

10/9/2022 update: Many thanks to Djan for helping me out with a spacing issue on the star rating on my store. I spend several hour trying to figure it out on my own then reach out to Yotpo and they were as responsive as ever. Yotpo offers amazing customer service. I ran into an issue and someone was there to help me quickly resolve the issue. I would recommend Yotpo to all Shopify store owners who want to help build trust and collect customer feedback to improve their products and service offerings.
