I was just helped by Reinier. He was great and honestly deserves a raise for how good and helpful he was. Took his time to find solutions and solved my problem to perfection. Give this man a raise or promote him ASAP :)

10/9/2022 update: Many thanks to Djan for helping me out with a spacing issue on the star rating on my store. I spend several hour trying to figure it out on my own then reach out to Yotpo and they were as responsive as ever. Yotpo offers amazing customer service. I ran into an issue and someone was there to help me quickly resolve the issue. I would recommend Yotpo to all Shopify store owners who want to help build trust and collect customer feedback to improve their products and service offerings. Thanks, Mark and Ronel for all your help today.

This app is wonderful! first of all I would like to start with compliments to Sheen (Customer Service). It took him about 2 hours to set everything up the way we wanted it. He patiently took the time for this. We are very grateful for that and thank you!

Love this app somewhat easy to set up Sheen helped me customize my stars and review look Which I found very Helpful. I recommend this review app. Although I do wish that they can bring the monthly orders up on a free plan instead of 50. Something that I would change is maybe consider bring the $20 plan to $9 so its affordable for once we pass the 50 free order limit thanks. Great customer Service.
