I have to work with Yotpo across many of our clients' stores, and although the app is great the back end can be confusing. When I need some help I use the live chat integrated on the back end, and today, my agent James C was extremely helpful in helping me fixing what I needed to!

Ronel was a ton of help. He fixed the problem I had in no time and was super responsive and kind. Especially as a beginner having a small shopify store I can recommend using Yotpo because of the great customer service. They always got your back and save you a lot of time.

I used the app to get our customers to give us feedback. The reviews not only helped us to know what our customers like and don't like, but it also provided us with social proof.

Although there were some minor issues, but this app works great so far. And the customer service is good, Ed, Sheen and Eunice did great jobs to answer our questions, and fix most of our problems. one suggestion we would like to give to customer service: when an issue is reported, please communicate solutions and associated impacts/risks to customer before take any action. This will let customer to evaluate impacts/risks before implement solution. In whole, we do recommend this app to e-commerce shop
