Yotpo: Product Reviews App

We've used Yotpo for several years. The product has always been great. Recently had some issues that Orly helped me with. I believe the customer service has improved significantly since the last time we had an issue maybe 2 years ago.

Incredible customer service. We had a problem grouping our products and updating our catalog. Junalou from the Yotpo team patiently helped me through the entire process and went above and beyond to get it solved. We will continue to be loyal Yotpo users. :)

Yotpo has been great to automate the review collection. Customers can very easily respond to the automated emails to give us reviews and help convert other potential customers

To be honest, I am not a tech person and I really have no idea how to set up an app but Jo assists me so well!! Even though I was sending 1000 screenshots, he was checking and makes sure if I am doing okay or not. However, such great customer support!

The service of the Yotpo is amazing, i chat with Ed, Ed is very patient and kindly, helped me resolve the problem and told me how to do it by myself, it is very helpful.

I've been using this app for a few months. I mostly chose Yotpo because they were the cheapest option that is also verified by Google. I wish they offered the Google Seller Ratings & Google Shopping Ads in the Growth plan.

UPDATE: Once again, fantastic, personable, instant help/service & support from the Yotpo live chat agent (Eunice this time). Just can't fault them. I've used Yotpo for a few years, and when I moved my shop from GoDaddy to Shopify, my non-techy, non-spread-sheety brain REALLY struggled to migrate my reviews and get my Yotpo properly set up for nobookswereharmed.co.uk I reached out to Yotpo's live chat service, and can't express how helpful and patient every single Yotpo representative was. It took a number of weeks, dozens of live chats and a silly number of emails to get the problems (caused by me!) sorted, and all the way through, staff remained polite, helpful and empathetic, and even though they and I all knew it was all MY fault, no one ever expressed exasperation with me. Reviews are SO important to instill confidence in potential new customers, especially for a tiny business such as mine, and I'd have been so upset if I'd had to lose 6/7 years of glowing reviews. Can't recommend Yotpo enough, and THANK YOU again to any staff who read this review ♥
