Yotpo: Product Reviews App

We had some reviews from a previous site to import, and were rapidly accumulating new reviews with Yotpo. We used the chat feature to get help from support. (Thank you Gimbert and Noren!) They were able to help with the import, settings, and placement of the reviews. Fantastic help, that chat support. Thank you!

Yotpo itself is an awesome app to have! Great for collecting reviews and relaying authenticity and trust with customers. The customer service they provide to business owners is awesome as well! I was having issues trying to add code to my page for the carousel review widget and Junalou dove right in and added it for me. He went above and beyond my original request and added additional features as well! I was pleasantly surprised with how helpful and easy my experience was. Thank you so much!

I'm not the most tech savvy, and this is app is fairly easy to navigate. However, the team (including today's hero Ed) are AMAZING they are quick to respond and help, and they make it so easy, and they are super nice and very patient. Will stick with this app may even upgrade when i need too as the help really does set it apart from other apps. :)

Rilu Jane helped me to add the reviews widget to me products, and was super helpful in explaining the process to me. They were very helpful, and were super quick with something that would have taken me hours to do. The app itself is great for having customers share their experience with our items. :)

Absolutely amazing customer service. Ronel helped me figure out how to allow my reviews to be shown on my store. At first there was a problem where my shopify debut theme wouldn't allow the code to go through and I would have to contact them but he was able to fix it right away!
