This app is exactly what we needed to help with conversions. Lots of great testimonials poured in as soon as we installed it. Junalou was incredibly helpful in getting it all installed for us and answering all out questions. A lot of value on the free app!

Easy to install and use. It immediately started generating reviews on my preorders which means I'll be launching with reviews displayed on my site. Excellent support, too. I was unable to install the stars to my product page but support agent Radly did it for me quickly which was great and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend.

Yotpo's customer service has been phenomenal every time I use it. Today I worked with Radly, and they helped me out on a couple different questions. A great service with great customer service!

Ed, the colleague i spoke to via the live chat literally took it away! I told him the issue I was having, gave him permission to my website, and the problem was resolved in 4 minutes. Great service!

i love YOTPO! I have the free version and it is amazing because everything is automated! It sends my buyers an email and without me even noticing I have many new reviews a month! I love that I can filter the reviews depending on how many stars they give me! When I grow more I will be purchasing the payed version for sure! Very recommended! Plus Junalou helped me solve my issues very fast and very kindly!

Very easy to set up. Just a few issues with the placement of the star rating and deleting our old review app. But Jo and James helped us very quickly. The whole set up was very smooth, and the app looks great on our site!
