とても良いアプリで、特にチャットサービスは迅速に丁寧に対応してくれます。コードの変更などは知識の度合いによってはサポートがないと難しい部分もありますが、サポートセンターのスタッフが分かりやすく説明してくれて変更もすぐに行えました。

This is a fantastic app that does what my online store needs. Its very functional and easy to use. The team on the back end made things seamless for me to install and optimize. Highly recommend.

This is a very poor app. Not so much when it comes to features but in order to access the features, even some basic ones, you need to upgrade. We were paying $299 per month. It was not worth it. We found a more affordable app that offers a lot more things at $15 than what Yotpo did at $299. Customer service is ok, but again the app we use now has a much better one. We did not feel that it actually generated more reviews than the previous app we had on store. Basically we feel more cheated than benefited, mainly due to the pricing model. Very poor. Not worth it. We also had issues with the right reviews sittig on the right pages. When we changed theme reviews got mixed and we lost some. Had to go to the previous theme to find them.

This app helps to gain more reviews from every channel and the customer service responses pretty fast. I just talked to Mark recently and he's very helpful.

The customer support is excellent. They emailed me back about a problem importing reviews within 15 min and continued to be helpful until we figured out what had gone wrong. Very happy with the service

Eunice was a guru in helping me. App is really great and has great support features. Shame it is very pricey for upgrade to get some pretty basic stuff.

Really good tool. I am satisfied. Every time I need help I receive some. Just like today from Warly. I used the app to collect reviews on my product page for my on line store that I launch this month. It's really user-friendly. I had problem to collect review from the previous application I used and I contacted the assistance ( Eunice) on the chat and it was really helpfull. I am satisfied ! I had another problem more recently and Radly was very kind and understanding. Yopto has a very good IT support service. I need it another time for the on site widget and Rhemy helped me ! Thank you Rhemy R :-). I had a problem with the reviews caroussel and I received a quick and good support as always from Howell Keith.

For Free App, the Yotpo gives enough good features, and the features help our store a lot thing. Ed name, a support guy. he helps our store issue with a simple and easy thing. thank you
