Absolutely amazing customer service. Ronel helped me figure out how to allow my reviews to be shown on my store. At first there was a problem where my shopify debut theme wouldn't allow the code to go through and I would have to contact them but he was able to fix it right away!

Yotpo is the top reviews app for a reason, it works well, does what it says it will do, and provides a lot of functionality for us. We tried a few and settled on Yotpo. Support is fast and excellent - thanks Ronel! :) As we grow we'll continue to use it and explore more features.

Though on the pricier side, Yotpo gets 5 star for the exceptional customer service they offer. There LIVE chats are second to none and their support team members go all out of their way to resolve your concern. A special mention for Orly P who very promptly resolved one of my issues.

I love this app! It gives my store "Street Cred" I needed to update the code on my new Shopify store and Mark helped me. He actually inserted all of the code needed to import all of my reviews into my new store for me. He was fantastic! Highly recommended!!

I love Yotpo, ive used their software when I was with bigcommerce and it was the first app I installed when I moved my site to Shopify. Gimbert and Jeorge, the yotpo representatives, were able to help me migrate all my reviews to my new website on shopify and they was extraordinary. They made the entire experience seamless. I am forever grateful.

The app is great and custom support is the best ! I just had an issue to configurate the reviews on my website and Radly immediatly answered me and solve the problem. Added to that he was very nice, patient and si helpful ! Thank you very much, I definitely recommand this app !

感謝！感謝！ 夜中にYotpo顧客評価のアプリをインストールして、設定に困っていたところ、なにやらチャットが立ち上がり、何事かと思ったら、チャットで設定のアドバイスを頂き大助かりでした。 私の英語力にはかなり不安がありましたが、チャットなのでコミュニケーションをとることが出来ました。 ECサイト関連の作業は本業でないため、どうしても休日や夜中になるので24時間対応は非常に助かります。 有難うございました。

Very happy with the functionalities of this app and more importantly the customer service. They go above and beyond in making sure you are taken care of. The customer service agent, Junalou, was extremely helpful and made sure my issues were resolved.

Don was the MOST HELPFUL OF ALL. Don troubleshooted my problem quickly and then the same question I have asked many he actually had the right answer for me and helped my upgrade my plan without paying the $149 after I thought that was the only plan we could upgrade to. I now get 100 photo reviews and other perks of paying $29 per month.

This company has the best customer service. Does not seem to matter that I am on the free plan, someone is always available to chat to help me solve issues. They even go in and fix them for me. Awesome service!

When I was having trouble getting rid of the cache of the app, they responded immediately via live chat, which was very helpful.

Very easy to use and connect to store. They have great support if you ever need help, and have fixed all my issues very fast. Reymon Alvero was very helpful, easy to communicate the changes I needed done with how the app looked on our store, and made changes very fast. Would highly recommend!
