the customer service is great, reply fast. The review widget has a bug in the primary color. I change the color but it doesn't show up in the site, I ask for help from the Livechat and they solve the problem for me immediately. highly recommend.

Using Yotpo has been great for our store. The interface is very easy to navigate and the customer service, particularly James and Manny, is always very responsive and helpful!

We've only just downloaded Yotpo and already the customer support has been great. Junalou quickly helped me solve an issue. Look forward to seeing the rest of the app's offerings and helpful support. UPDATE: Required customer support again a few months later and it continues to impress. Jo L. was extremely helpful in solving an issue and repeatedly checked in with me after being transferred to other agents. Very happy with Yotpo! Just had another successful interaction with the Yotpo support team. Grea to see a SAAS business that truly cares of their customer's experience. Thank you Doner for your help.

The app works very well especially for someone like me who cant code. Their customer support is amazing. They provide instant solutions and are ready to help you through their simple chatbox. Noren today helped me place the rating carousal on my website which I was struggling to do on my own. She also created an extra tile so that I can easily adjust it on my own in the future. So far this app is working great.... I look forward to when I have enough sales to upgrade and get their widgets. I contacted support twice and both times everything was very speedy. Second contact my service agent Noren, was particularly excellent.
