Junalou was incredibly patient and helpful with getting my yotpo account set up properly. Junalou helped me import my existing reviews, customize the placement of the widget on my site, and double-check that the look and feel matched what I was going for. I'm excited to collect more reviews!

Updating my review 5/20/21 - Gimbert was a magical Yotpo Genie today!! These guys are awesome and if you're considering a review app, look no further, seriously! Service, Support, and features are TOP quality! Adding to my review... Orly was super helpful today in fixing code! I am so happy to be finally rolling with Yotpo reviews on my site! WOO HOO! Very helpful chat support (James!). I chose this program because it integrates with Google and that's important for SEO. Still working on linking reviews from Etsy, and the set up does take time, but the customer service is great so far!

I have been using Yotpo for just over a month, however my site has some untraditional structuring that made me need unique code. The team at Yotpo- Sheen in particular - was so helpful and responsive. They helped me edit my theme to ensure that Yotpo was functioning effectively. Highly recommend!

Eunice and Mark we excellent. Still figuring out some issues with old broken urls, but they have been super helpful and responsive. Should give them a raise, or at least a pizza for lunch. Have had a great experience with Yotpo and look forward to future integrations and features. Thanks, the Cycleboard Team.

I've been using Yotpo for a few years now. Their customer service has always been top notch. Sheen helped me recently with a review that wasn't showing on my review page. The fix was super fast after my inquiry. I highly recommend!

The customer service at Yotpo is by far one of the best I have seen. Ed was able to help me import reviews from a different app I was using. No comment about the app yet but it seems like the resources are there to help me with the transition.

I don't like writing review but they were really fast at responding. I was really shocked at the speed most places take some hours or I have to wait til Monday to get some help.
