Yotpo: Product Reviews App

James C is the best! Super knowledgeable and was willing to answer a lot of my questions in a very prompt manner

I had to update my Shopify Theme and the Yotpo review setup got lost. I sent Yotpo an e-mail on a Sunday and within a few hours they had installed everything on our new theme. Wow that is what I call great customer support.

Anne was super helpful with all of my questions. She was understanding that I am a small business owner and still directed me to a helpful source so I could fix the problem I was having. She was awesome! Thank you.

Yotpo's support team is the best in Shopify. They are quick, experienced, kind, and super responsive. Ed from Yotpo support team helped us with switching to a new theme and reintegrating the app, he was super helpful and really appreciated his communication and expertise. Thank you Ed!

Love the customer service from Junalou on this app. Due to some other social media updates, I lost connectivity. I was able to redo most of it, but since I'm not too techy, I got stuck on the API secret key stuff. Junalou was immediately available to chat, easily understood my issue, and walked me through it. Done! Then he noticed my widgets were also gone, so he fixed that right up within seconds! Honestly, I think the customer service is sometimes more important than what the app does. I highly recommend yotpo. AND Junalou!!

the customer service is great, reply fast. The review widget has a bug in the primary color. I change the color but it doesn't show up in the site, I ask for help from the Livechat and they solve the problem for me immediately. highly recommend.

Always helpful, quick responses from the Yotpo support team. My questions are always answered and Yotpo interface is very easy to use.
